My name is Krystal Derico and I am the Founder of this organization. This organization was formed to create relief to families with special needs. After working in the school system and working as a Registered Behavior Technician, it has come to my attention that the special needs communities in Florida is lacking resources and the ability to have special needs individuals to show their abilities. This organization creates a world for all disabilities to be able to show their abilities in life skills, career placement, modeling, dance, acting and music with inclusion from their peers.
